In the last quarter of 2023, startups have been in the news and in popular culture. It’s not all inspiration, there are plenty of cautionary tales. There is the Samuel Bankman-Fried trial in October, WeWork’s bankruptcy in November, and the boardroom drama at OpenAI.
There are also many new books, television shows, podcasts, and film profiling and platforming real-life founders.
